To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you receive your order and find it doesn't meet your needs, we're here to assist. Just reach out to us within 3 business days of delivery, provided the items remain unused and in their original packaging.

For refunds requested instead of an exchange, we'll gladly oblige, though the refund will exclude the shipping fee paid by you. Even for orders with free shipping over $99, we'll deduct the minimum shipping cost to offset our expenses.
