For Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive a product from us that is damaged or faulty and the issue is not due to any actions on your part, it's essential to notify Fisho’s Tackle World within 30 days of receiving the items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
When reporting the issue, kindly provide details such as your order number and a description or photo of the damage or fault. We'll swiftly assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.

If you receive your order and find it doesn't meet your needs, we're here to assist. Just reach out to us within 3 business days of delivery, provided the items remain unused and in their original packaging.
For refunds requested instead of an exchange, we'll gladly oblige, though the refund will exclude the shipping fee paid by you. Even for orders with free shipping over $99, we'll deduct the minimum shipping cost to offset our expenses.
Please note, return postage fees apply for all change of mind returns, with the requirement for registered mail and proof of delivery (such as a signature upon receipt).

TT Chin Lock System: The key feature of the ChinlockZ jigheads is the TT Chin Lock system, which provides a secure method for attaching soft plastic baits to the jighead. Anglers can thread the hook through the chin of the plastic at a 45-degree angle, then slide the Chin Lock through the plastic, allowing it to pivot and lock the plastic in place between the hook eye and the Chin Lock. This system ensures that the bait remains securely rigged during casting, retrieval, and strikes.
Rigging Instructions: To rig a soft plastic bait on a ChinlockZ jighead, anglers should follow these steps:
Thread the hook through the chin of the plastic bait at a 45-degree angle.
Bring the hook right through and slide the Chin Lock through the plastic, allowing it to pivot and lock the plastic in place.
Measure where the hook needs to sit in the plastic and feed it straight up through the plastic from the underside to the top.
Pull the barb of the hook down against the back of the plastic to minimize snagging and fouling.
The bait is now securely rigged and ready to fish.
